Several years ago I purchased my son’s graduation cake. It was delicious and everyone loved it. I have recently gone back to purchase my parent’s 50th anniversary cake. I took my parents for a cake tasting and the staff were so kind and compassionate. The atmosphere is clean, calming and spacious. Cakes were delicious and we had a wonderful experience. I was explained pricing up front, and the staff asked several important questions we would’ve missed. Very thorough. I can’t wait to see how my parent’s anniversary cake will turn out.

In the past I have bought three incredible cakes. When I told them the design I wanted they knew what I was talking about. The cake team there are friendly and awesome. I'm never disappointed. I'll be stopping by soon hopefully for another cake order. 😁

I just have to say our cake was beyond amazing! It completely surpassed all of our expectations and somehow tasted even better on our wedding day. Every detail was perfect, and you can truly tell the quality and care that went into it. The delivery was seamless, and they made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which meant everything during such a busy time. As a San Antonio wedding vendor myself, I can’t recommend them enough to all future brides, and honestly for any special event! I was so impressed and beyond happy with our decision to go with The Exclusive Cake Shop.

Ordered a White, 6”, Round, Tall, Banana, Nut, Butter Cream, Cream Cheese, fresh flowers or sugar paste (roses and hydrangeas also needed to be “WHITE”) cake for a micro-wedding. I emphasized White not Beige, Not Off White, Not Yellow!!! Explained food coloring for icing fine but wanted “WHITE” and called back to verify. (And yes there is such a thing as white food coloring for cakes.) $240.00 later I got off white, almost yellow and dead flowers. I called back and was told by the woman that took my order that the cake was White. I sent photos and all I got was a “I’m sorry wasn’t what you wanted.” Seriously? Look at this! Don’t waste your money! Taste was just OK. Icing way too thick and cake part was basic. Never Again!!! Look at the white table cloth compared to the cake. Zoom in and see the limp and browning flowers. Delivered like this.

Really loved the cake! They were affordable, easy to communicate with, and very nice. I had a set date and time to pick up the cake, unfortunately our event time was changed and I was worried the cake wouldn’t be ready in time. I let them know the situation and they reassured me that I it would be ready before the event. As for the cake the design was exactly what I asked for, the flavor was delicious ( vanilla) so was our pineapple filling. I’m not too keen on sweet frostings but it had a good balance that didn’t over power the dessert.
